Churton Street Realty has relocated to the newest “old” development in Hillsborough.  You can now find us at 238 S. Nash Street in the Hillsborough Station development.  Our phone number remains 919-732-1855. 

We’re excited about being part of the revitalization of the 1900’s mill village area of Hillsborough.  The anchor for Hillsborough Station is a 3500 sq ft event center called The Depot at Hillsborough Station (www.hillsboroughdepot.com)  The Depot is a great place for a wide variety of events, including rotating art exhibits, meetings, parties, and more.  There is plenty of free parking and the Station is just a short stroll to Gold Park and the planned Riverwalk to downtown Hillsborough.  Additional retail and restaurant space is planned for the Station as well.
